One of the most challenging aspects of workplace communication is having difficult conversations.

Even the best work team can be stymied by a situation where members in a team can't properly express their concerns about something.

Often there are a few simple things that can be done to enable difficult conversations to happen so people can move on and work well together.

As well as co-founding Hoodic, Stephen has maintained a 17 year career centred around ICT infrastructure, management and leadership. He's also very interested in how technology can be applied to modernise traditional parts of Australia's economy, such as manufacturing, agriculture and supply chain. This work has him spending a lot of time with suburban and regional businesses to look at how young talent can be set to work in building these improvements into the local Victorian economy.
