Chintan Pathak was studying an MBA as part of his career change from electrical engineering. He had a firm understanding of project management and could communicate complex technical issues to non technical audiences.
One big problem he had in the Australian job market was constantly being told he’s overqualified for a particular job. Hoodic helped him understand how to harness the power of building professional relationships to the point where he’s now regularly given diverse responsibilities in local businesses to overcome complex commercial challenges.
Shortly after completing the employability program, he secured a job as Senior Operations Manager at a recycling startup, and now he’s working as an analyst in the Office of the Vice Chancellor at the University of Sydney.
